Our service is free to you. All fees we earn will be met by the party responsible for your injury.

Initially we will take you through the key questions to enable us to assess the merits of your claim and its suitability for our service. You will be able to add further information or make changes at a later date.

We will assess the claim using the details you provide and report our views by email. We will send you an introduction pack which will require your signature. You do not need to talk to anyone! But we have no problem if you wish to! Contact details for the solicitor dealing with your claim will be provided in the pack.

We can commence work immediately or await the return of your signed authority. It is your choice. When the authority is returned we will activate your facility on our on-line Accinet® case tracker. You can then follow the progress of your claim by viewing your file on-line and continue to provide instructions, respond to queries etc by email, phone or letter as you prefer.

It usually takes around 10 minutes to complete the Online Wizard and less than 60 seconds to find out whether we can assist you.
